Great spacious room with modern amenities and effective air conditioning for the hot summer. Kitted out with a studio kitchen including dishwasher and oven, we didn't use it but everything appeared to work without issue. The bathroom was especially impressive and modern with good hot water and a comfortable shower. Overall incredible value for money and only 5 mins. walk to the nearest tram stop with many connections to the city centre (also across the street from a wonderful Italian restaurant and a Żabka on site). Check in and out were very quick and easy with friendly staff.

Fab. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Good location with road parking nearby. Quiet room and good common spaces available for use. Staff were really helpful and even let us store our luggage in a locked room on the last day, would definitely stay here again. Only tiny issue with our room (210) was the shower drain being blocked but apart from that everything was in great order.

The location was really nice! However, the shower had warm water but very low pressure, which made it less comfortable to use. The bedsheet was quite small and wouldn’t stay in place, and the duvet was a bit too small for two people. The cleaning could also be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but with some areas that could be better.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms was clean and the place quiet. Nothing to complain except the location which is not that near the centre of the city, you have to walk for 15 minutes to get there.

Very clean modern apartment. Very close to main square 15 min walk. Nice staff. Only downside was the fact there is no regular towel changes or toilet roll refresh however when asking for them they were given. Very enjoyable stay. Would stay again

Great place. Room was clean and the area super safe within walking distance from everything. From trams to trains you have it all. Staff was friendly as well. Just remember to take an hairdryer. And pleade a duvet slightly bigger!

My first trip to krakow..my accommodation was amazing, I was very impressed, it’s was about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the centre. I highly recommend milestones…the all was 10 minutes walk, so many coffee shops and supermarkets & restaurants nearly

Room clean, reception staff on check in was pleasant and helpful.On day 4 of stay sheet removed from bed,new one left folded on side , bed was not remade.Two towels were removed from bathroom on same day and not replaced,luckily only one of us needed a shower on our last morning.Stay otherwise good.
