"The Hostel is great for the price.
The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle.
The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out.
I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

"In the middle of the city, tucked away behind the buildings is Bialy Dom. Our room had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The restaurant out front looked like it had great choices although we had already eaten. Would def stay again if I were in the area."

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets.
It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways.
Never again ! "

"Good hotel, right near the tram line. Helpful staff.
No kitchen facilities in the room (not even a cup, cutlery, a kettle), had to go to a kitchen on a different floor. "

"Breakfast was fresh and kept topped up, really tasty. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean. Great location walkable to the Old Town. Individual duvet covers on the double bed. "
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Saski Krakow, Curio Collection by Hilton. The location is excellent, just steps from the Main Square, making it ideal for exploring Kraków, especially in winter.
The staff were friendly and helpful, happy to offer recommendations or answer questions about the city.
We had a beautiful deluxe room which was quite spacious, with a very comfortable king bed that made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing... and we really appreciated being allocated a walk-in shower as requested.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and the prosecco was a lovely touch!
Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel, we would happily stay again and highly recommend it."
"The room was clean. Staff spoke clear English and was extremely friendly. If I emailed the hotel before the trip they took an hour or less to reply. When I went to the reception on check in they upgraded our room for free which made us really happy. When I go back to Krakow I would definitely go back to this hotel."
"We enjoyed our stay in Krakow. The hotel was perfectly placed in the middle of everything.
The accommodation was lovely & modern & staff welcoming.
We'd certainly recommend. "
"I would highly recommend this hotel. It is modern, stylish and clean. The room had a tablet to control the lighting etc. The restaurant provided us with excellent meals both for breakfast and dinner. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. It is well placed to walk to local attractions. There is a lovely cafe there. A very positive experience and one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in."
