I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. "difficult to find and had to ask the locals. it is crowded and has bad smells, upon arrival and checking in, I was charged an extra 160HKD for 5 days as part of a "Service Fee" that I was not made aware. I did not pay that "Service Fee" in cash, as I thought maybe the staff just keep it under the table. Otherwise disappointed by their practices of charging hidden fees upon arrival. BEWARE"
