"Water kettle does not work. On request, they replaced after few hours. There was no hot water in the shower and after repeated requests, they fixed it. Room service was very bad. Food was very bad and they blamed it on festival rush. "

"My experience at the hotel was terrible. The hotel staff did not allow me to checkin for my confirmed reservation. The hotel confirmed my booking over email, however when I showed up at midnight to checkin, the front desk did not offer a room. Instead they asked me to call someone from the hotel management to re-confirm my booking. I was in absolute shock that I had to manually call someone and confirm the room in the middle of the night.
