I stayed for my birthday on my own and it was very satisfying stay with warm staff with lovely gift for my birthday which I didn’t expect!but nice to have.I booked a room with own outdoor bath that was the right choice for relaxation with my own pace

朝食ビュッフェ時、テーブルに食事中の札を置いて、メニューを取りに行って帰って来たら、他のお客さんにテーブルを取られていた。朝食ビュッフェ時のスタッフ不足を感じた。讚水館の部屋でしたが、老朽化を感じた。讚水館のお風呂の中が老朽化を感じた。近くのこんぴらさん参拝後にお風呂日帰り利用出来ると助かります。

禁煙ホテルで予約して宿泊したのにもかかわらず、となりの部屋からタバコのにおいがやってきてフロントに対応お願いの連絡したが、隣部屋からのタバコ匂いは止まらず、続いてて一晩中眠れなかった。

父との四国旅行３日目。金毘羅参りに行きたくてこちらに宿泊しました。良かった点とそうではない点がありました。まず改善して欲しいなぁが2点ほど。別館に宿泊しましたが、トイレの段差と幅が微妙で小指を何度もぶつけました。ホテルの格の割に狭いのも気になりました。また、お参りからの帰り道、裏参道で帰れるとありましたが、その地図が本当に分かりづらいです。下向道の看板をめざして下さいとか、トイレを曲がってくださいなど記載をした方がいいです。良かった点は、館内の雰囲気、食事、女将さんの対応などさすがでした。食事と案内をして頂いたあすかさんもとても感じがよく、父も感心しておりました。帰りも女将さんがいらして挨拶出来たのも良かったです。また四国に来た際は宿泊しようと思います。ありがとうございました。

다음에 부모님 모시고 방문하고싶습니다.

룸컨디션, 온천, 식사, 청결도,직원서비스 모두 대만족입니다. 특히, 화장실이 2개 설치되어 있어서 대가족 이용에 불편함이 없었으며, 다다미 방인데도 침대와 소파, 안마의자도 좋은 조건이었습니다 다음에는 부모님 모시고 방문예정입니다. 대단히 즐거웠습니다. 감사합니다

色々アクセス良し

こんぴらさんが近く、アクセス良好。飛天の方に宿泊しましたが、10階の露天風呂は景色が良く快適でした。　朝食バイキングも種類が多く、金刀比羅宮に来るなら宿泊を検討しても良いと思います。

露天風呂付きの部屋を利用させていただきました。とても綺麗で気持ちの良い露天風呂でした。夕食は部屋食ではありませんでしたが夕食会場は半個室でコース料理が出てきてどれも新鮮で美味しかったです。朝食バイキングもメニューが和洋食ともにかなり豊富で美味しかったです。お土産コーナーはかなり大きくて金比羅参道のお土産屋さんより種類豊富で大概の物はこちらで買えます。スタッフの方々も各エリアでとても親切に対応していただきました。とても素晴らしいホテルだと思いました。また是非利用させて下さい。
