Yöpyminen Santalahdessa

Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Avainkortteja yms ei ole käytössä vaan ovet aukeaa pin-koodilla. Sänky oli todella pehmeä. Itse pidän kovemmasta mutta hyvin sai nukuttua eikä ollut selkä aamulla kipeä.

We could not have had a better place for our last night in Finland before heading back home. A little remote, quiet and peaceful. Small but very clean rooms which were renovated. A good selection for the breakfast made the stay even more pleasant. We only would have wished that the restaurant would be open in winter.

Majoituspaikka oli todella kauniilla paikalla. Meri ihan vieressä. Palvelu oli hyvää, vähän yli-innokastakin. Ruoka oli ravintolassa maittavaa. Illalla naapuri leirintäalueen terassi houkutteli juomaan drinksut mielummin.

Hotellin respa oli mennyt kiinni harmittavasti jo klo 17, joten en saanut hoteelilta iltapalaa enkä muita ravintola palveluita. Myöskään saunaan en päässyt, kun ei sauna ollut päällä. aamupala oli ihan ok, mutta ei 20 euron arvoinen. Muuten hoteeli oli siisti.

Yöpyminen oli miellyttävä. Miinusta toi kaiteiden puuttuminen huoneeseen noustessa. Raput olivat jyrkät ja niitä oli monta. Onneksi minulla oli mukana kävelysauvat, sain niistä tukea. Aamupala oli riittävä ja maukas.

Kaunis ympäristö, luontopolku lähti käytännössä ovelta. Myöhäinen saapuminen oli helppoa ja kätevää. Arkena aamiainen monipuolisempi, lauantain aamiainen meidän kohdalla jostain syystä "nihkeämpi" ja suppeampi. Perjantaina aamiaisella taivaallisen hyvää pannukakkua! Huoneessa ei ollut ilmanvaihtoa, tukala ja huono ilma kesäisenä viikonloppuna. Naapurien tupakoinnin takia ei voinut pitää ikkunaa auki. Henkilökunta söi itse aamiaista, kun olin kirjautumassa ulos hotellista. Muutoin upealla paikalla ja hyvä sijainti. Aamupala oli runsas ja maukas.
