"Nice hotel with a good restaurant. Very quiet area closed to a lake, very easy to park."

"The room was very clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were nice and plush. The closet was a huge walk in style so I was able to unpack and not have to feel like living out of a luggage bag. I loved the in room refrigerator. The shower was powerful and luxurious. Internet connected easy and was a good speed for working. Being an American speaking English only all staff was kind and spoke English for me. I felt right at home."

"Great service as always "

"Great Staff, clean and new, room somewhat off with the windows and to much light coming in and the breakfast was poor. however for the area I think the best you can get"

"It is a nice and confortable."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Excellent Hotel in an old Palace. Room was very good and clean. Restaurant food and staff excellent. Hope to stay there again"

"Alles Gut!

"Very nice stay"

"We've only been here for a stopover, having had a short but pleasant stay. "

"This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. We had to use Google Translate for all...

"The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Kiara in particular, she works the front desk, is a pure delight and she herself would be the reason I would visit again. "

"Lovely hotel. The staff are all friendly, room was very nice and breakfast was great!"

"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. I want to send special thank for kind help and effort to personnel Ivanna and Malique. They were perfect people. But I had a very very bad restaurant experince . The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. The waiters are rude, I rejected to eat something in this restaurant. They said me there is no...
