What a find In a nice quiet area too Apartment 2 ground floor with balcony overlooking the sea I was a solo traveller and had 3 beds too Clean and good facilities Easy to check in via email with Helios Tours Michael was very helpful Ideally located for beach Shops not far away Port of Mastichari just a 15 minute walk Lovely

It was fine. It would have been perfect if the internet worked. I work online and ended up having to cancel an online meeting because the internet was so slow. I tried several times to even load a simple website and gave up after it still wasn’t functioning after 10 minutes. So there was absolutely no chance that I could attend my work meeting online. Other than that, location was close to everything, short walk to the beach, quiet. If you need internet, go somewhere else. If internet doesn’t matter, this place is great.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e l appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario . Il personale è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità . L appartamento prevede anche la pulizia e il cambio asciugamani ogni tre giorni . L’ unica pecca era la presenza di cattivo odore vicino il frigorifero che abbiamo risolto con un ambipur .

Schöne , einfache Unterkunft. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig leicht zu erreichen. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Beste aber ist der Gastgeber, Michael ein Engel der unseren Urlaub gerettet hat. Also Ansprechpartner, Transferorganisator, Autovermieter. Einfach ein perfekter Service. Vielen Dank

Immer wieder gerne

Auch heuer stand Kos wieder auf unserem Reiseplan. Es war wie immer toll . Schon am Flughafen wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und rasch in unser Quartier gebracht. Traumhaftes Apartment, klimatisiert. Ein großes Dankeschön an Michael und sein Team.

Das Haus gibt es schon lange, ist aber innen und außen renoviert. Der Vorgarten ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Das Apartment ist griechischer Standard, die Einrichtung ebenso. Bad und Dusche sind leider sehr klein. Es wird alle 2 Tage gesäubert und Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Beste aber ist Michael, der Vermieter. Er hat uns kostenlos vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder dorthin gebracht. Geringe Mängel (defekte Toilettenbrille, defekter Balkontisch, abgeschabte Balkonstühle, nicht zusammen passendes Geschirr und Besteck) wurden umgehend abgestellt. Am nächsten Tag war alles erneuert !!! Auch sonst war er, der hervorragend Deutsch spricht, stets hilfsbereit und tat alles, um uns den Urlaub schön zu machen. Und sogar einen Suzuki als Mietwagen machte er zu guten Konditionen möglich - vorbildlich und absolut zu empfehlen ! Joachim Tetzner, Berlin

very friendly and generous hosts. They picked us up at the bus stop and personally brought us to our sea side room. They also allowed us to check in early as well as check out late due to our late flight. This has never happened before.

L'appartamento da noi prenotato non aveva l'aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore. Il fono me lo hanno procurato subito e quando si è bruciato me lo hanno sostituito. L'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda, vicino al centro, ai negozi, spiaggia e ristoranti. Il proprietario ci è venuto a prendere e ci ha riportato in aereoporto senza farci pagare nulla. Tramite il proprietario si può anche affittare auto, motorino o anche delle escursioni. Parlano anche un po di Italiano.

Gute Lage oberhalb des Hauptortes, den man fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreicht. Zum Hafen mit Rollkoffern sind es 15. wir haben nur einmal übernachtet, weil wir weiter nach Kalymnos gefahren sind.

Mastichari und die Unterkunft sind super mit den verschiedenen Buslinien mit der ganzen Insel verbunden. Der Flughafen ist nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, aber trotzdem hat man keinerlei Fluglärm. Michael und Elias begrüßen einen mit einer sehr herzlichen griechischen Gastfreundschaft und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Wir konnten dadurch eine kurzfristige Reise nach Bodrum organisieren und selbst mit dem Check-Out waren sie sehr flexibel. Also durchweg sehr zu empfehlen.

La struttura è perfetta per una famiglia con 2 bambini. Si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia di Mastichari. Abbiamo goduto per tutta la vacanza, di una splendida vista sul mare con tanto di tramonto alla sera. Ogni singolo giorno. Michael ed Elia ci hanno accolto, già all' aeroporto e ci hanno assistito per tutta la vacanza per ogni nostra richiesta, dall' organizzazione di un' escursione, al noleggio dell' auto fino ai consigli su cosa mangiare e dove ed addirittura accompagnandoci ad una festa "tipica" nella giornata di ferragosto con tanto di balli greci. Il mare di Mastichari in prossimità del bagnasciuga per circa un metro, era ricco di alghe trascinate dal vento ma vista la comodità è stato un problema superabile senza grossi sforzi. Approfittando poi della posizione centrale rispetto all' isola, abbiamo raggiunto le altre spiagge in pochi minuti. Spero di poterci tornare. Consigliatissima.

Bel hotel

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le service est à la hauteur des commantaires précédents, transfert de l aéroport, location de voiture livrée à l appartement. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Toutes les personnes n ont qu un seul but vous faire passer un excellent séjour. Toutes les commodités sont à 5mn à pied, plage, tavernes super marche.. Très bon rapport qualité prix, nous vous le recommandons

Mihalis,seine Frau Georgia und Elias waren super nett, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht das alles i.O. ist. Auch der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen war super organisiert. Man brauchte sich um nichts kümmern. Die Unterkunft war genau so wie beschrieben und auch sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße

En natts opphold på vei hjem

Helt OK overnattingssted for én natt på vei hjem. Måtte overnatte på Kos for å rekke tidlig morgenfly. Sentralt og greit hvor fokuset var pris og ikke kvalitet. Meget serviceinnstilt kontaktperson som bestilte taxi til oss og anbefalte en meget bra restaurant for kvelden.

Toller Urlaub

Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und Michael hat uns gleich herzlich empfangen und uns alles in mastihari gezeigt und erklärt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und war wirklich sauber. Zum Strand braucht man keine 5 Minuten und im Ort ist man auch sehr schnell..alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Michael und Elias sprechen beide sehr gut deutsch und sind super freundlich. Gerne wieder
