Hotel has a nice layout, had a few issues when we first arrived but they were sorted out quickly. Overall a nice relaxing holiday with plenty to do onsite if you don’t want to travel or go on excursions.

It was an amazing experience, the room was so clean, staff is really helpful when you ask for help. Food is good with lots of choices. Aquapark is full of entertainment if you have kids. Kids are enjoying full-day. We will come again next year with my family. Only a criticize for the hotel is the alcohols were not good enough! The taste of the drink&coctails is like water! Probably the reason is full-inclusive concept however the management should rethink about drinks problem.

An excellent option for families with a brilliant water park, wave pool and right on a beautiful beach. Fantastic staff, lovely and clean, with gorgeous views across to Turkey. Easy travel distance (6km) via a 15 euro taxi to Kos or local buses available. Easy to get back via taxi as well, unlike some other countries. No waiting in taxi queues. Airport transfer was a breeze too. Only issue I had was the limited vegan options, but that's kind of a given for now when travelling abroad. Staff were very helpful around this though, for example, soya milk is available on request. Overall, no complaints, and we had the most marvellous time! We are definitely coming back as soon as possible!!

Clean room that was great, the food was TERRIBLE. Pretty much felt like we were in a middle school cafeteria the hotel only offered bottom shelf liquor & cheap cheap wine & local beer. We were there for 8 days & only had 4 drinks total. Don't waste your money Kos town &Tigaki Beach are anout 10 minutes apart.

Nice hotel for a long Greek family holiday

It was a nice family trip to Greece, as always. Warm weather, nice window views, friendly staff, tasty food were the points we liked. There is no beach in front of the hotel, but after a 15-minute walk you can reach a beautiful sandy Karnagio beach. Many thanks to the staff, in particular to the waiters Amanda and Olga, to the bar keepers Oxana and Varvara, to the driver Marion as well as to the cleaning lady Irina. Special thanks to the general director George, who helped us to solve a couple of issues with our room. You all made our vacation amazing. The only person who in our opinion needs to work on her professionalism and client orientation is the reception manager Anastasia. She definitely could be more friendly to clients. Here are also some points we did not like. We did not like that the disco and noisy events ended only after 23 pm, and it is impossible to hide from these sounds even with the windows closed. No matter where your room is located, these sounds from the speakers at the disco can be heard throughout the hotel. It is also a pity that smoking is allowed in this hotel in the rooms and on the balconies. For us, as non-smokers, it was a challenge to wake up every morning at 6 a.m. because of the smell of tobacco from the next room, where guests smoked non-stop from morning to night.

Das Hotel entspricht den 4 Sternen. Positiv: weitläufig, 4 pools- davon einer mit Wellenpool und einer mit 5 verschiedenen Rutschen, ständig andere Abendessen Mottos, sehr viele Pool- und Strandliegen, Obstkorb + große Wasserflasche und eine Weinflasche zur Begrüßung im Zimmer, tolle Matratzen, tolle Poolbar, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Negativ: bei Später Anreise nur 1 Sandwich, die Anlage ist hauptsächlich für polnische und englische Besucher ausgelegt.

Séjour agréable en général

Chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne mais n'est pas trop bien insonorisée (proche des animations donc calme à partir de 23h) Personnel correct. Repas correct mais répétitif, dommage de mettre des fruits en plastiques avec les vrais même si c'est pour faire de la décoration. Déçue du restaurant à la carte grec car c'est la même chose qu'au buffet mais présenté autrement. Hôtel propre et entretenu qui respect l'écologie, mise en place d'un système de caution sur les verres à la piscine pour éviter que les gens les abandonnent.

Arrivés plein d'enthousiasme avec 2 enfants de 5 ans et 1 an, les 6ers jours furent catastrophiques. Les 2ères chambres qui nous ont été attribuées n'étaient pas dignes d'un 4* comme annoncé au moment de la réservation. Encore moins par rapport au prix payé pour ce séjour. 2* seraient proches de la réalité. Nous avons tenté d'expliquer cette désillusion aux personnes de la réception qui n'ont pas eu l'air franchement émus par notre désarroi. La 2ème chambre était encore pire que la 1ère malgré un "the check is OK" de leur part. Nous avons donc contacté Expédia pour savoir comment quitter ce lieu après une nuit particulièrement difficile (voisins du dessus qui quitte leur chambre en pleine nuit sans aucun respect du bruit, femmes de chambre qui débarquent à 07h en déplaçant les lits dans tous les sens). 1 seul appel d'Expédia a suffi à régler ce problème, la 3ème chambre fût enfin digne d'un 4*. Mais quelle (mauvaise) surprise de découvrir qu'1 partie de l'hôtel possède des chambres modernes et que l'autre partie possède des chambres datant de 10 ou 15 ans sans aucune rénovation. Pour 1 prix équivalant c'est complètement surréaliste ! Nos vacances ont donc réellement démarré le 16 pour une arrivée le 10. Dommage car notre note aurait était bien meilleure. Mentions spéciales pour Lina et Nitza au restaurant. Points positifs : la qualité de la restauration proposée, les crêpes d'Alina à 2€, piscines / toboggans, le SPA, proximité de belles plages, BROS à 50m pour loc voiture

Grandi piscine ma con acqua un po’ torbida. Spiaggia inesistente, ma disponibile una spiaggia libera con ombrelloni e sdraio a 10€/giorni (400mt). Bevande all inclusive, di qualità bassissima, anche la birra. Cibo spazzatura per bambini a tutti i pasti patatine e pepite fritte con pesce o carne scadenti macinate. Personale reception non professionale e spesso scortese. Mentre le donne delle pulizie e camerieri vari molto bene! Camera con vista mare parziale con bagno piccolo ma comunque sufficiente.

Superb hotel for kids - there is room to improve

we have had a great vacation at the Labranda hotel The staff was so nice, always smiling. Check in time flexible and even surprising they do their best to give the room asap. They also give you 15 min free spa treatment for your choice. There are 2 main pools, one have 5 water slides for all ages. 2nd pool is a wave pool OMG! my kids never want to leave it. The room size is very large and can be very close to the aqua park (the 1st pool) There are also things to improve: 1. ice cream is in extra charge.(it is hiding in an irrelevant area while booking so we missed it) 2. no sweets for the kids except for the main restaurant. 3. Too small air-conditioner for a large size room 4. Snacks bar has no variety (hot dogs / burger and chips every day) 5. we had ants in the room and the main restaurant floor was sticky (The rest of the place was very clean so it was surprising for us) --- When there are so many hotels with water parks its the little things that make the difference. we haven't decided yet if we will come back next year. I can say the kids want to. and I think that says a lot. But we should take the best decision for the entire family so we will have to do some more thinking, we've been to hotels that may have had fewer water-slides, but also fewer "to improve" points. Yet I want to thank Labranda Marine for the staying - we had fun!
