I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly. I rarely say this, but this is a case where our expectations were truly surpassed. This is an amazingly beautiful & relaxed hotel, the food is delicious and we enjoyed very nice live music. Do make sure you book one of the rooms with a pool. Staying at the Koia is not about the beach or activities at the hotel, it is all about relaxing and enjoying yourselves. Tk you, Rolf & Anna

Gorgeous views and architecture. Bungalows are warm and luxurious. Family’s warmth felt throughout stay. A small wait at times to be served at breakfast, but the overall excellent experience outweighs that. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing hotel

Koia All-Suite has been one of the best places I have ever been to. Everything was perfect ! - The rooms are heaven and everything you could dream for, huge private pool, boho chic modern styling - The team are the best I have ever seen in hospitality, you literally get everything you ask for and all are so nice and friendly - The restaurant is incredible, we spent the whole stay eating there and never got bored, a special thanks to Giorgios who was a fabulous host to us and always made us feel special in the he restaurant Standing ovation to this hotel which was a fantastic surprise !!

Brand new hotel. Facilities (in the room, eg the pool) and cleanliness were outstanding good. The views out of the rooms are stunning. Food and beverage offer can be improved though and is not (yet) worth 5 stars. Breakfast offer can be extended, eggs can eg be à la carte. Room service can be improved as well (e.g. put doorbells on the rooms which can be heard on the terrace/pool).

What an amazing place! The people were wonderful the service was great and the spa and rooms were gorgeous! Views to die for. Food was some of the best I’ve ever had! Just amazing. Love that there are different dinners every night. Gives you the Michelin feel. Ahmed was amazing. He was always there to help and sorted everything out for us. We will be returning!!

This property is such a gem, the rooms and amazing and honestly you cannot go wrong with any of them but more than that the staff are really nice. I have allergies and they were ON IT. They made sure that I didn’t have anything with my allergens and offered alternatives. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, it’s rare to find a hotel that is stunning with incredible service. I’ll be back! If you’re looking to get around the island would plan to rent a car since the hotel is an oasis but it’s not super centrally located (part of its magic and charm)

The hotel has a huge operational and service problem. The check-in experience is poor, the staff hardly smiles and gives the wrong information (telling that the pool closes as 17:30 but in reality at 19h). Asked for a late check-out and they say it would not even be free, even if available. Very poor. The hotel

Wow! A truly fantastic hotel. From the moment we were greeted by Georgia and Maria,we knew we were in heaven. They could not have done more for us to make our stay so relaxing. The food is fantastic also, Giota (Yoda) is a true shining star in this hotel. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and made the holiday for us. She was fantastic. The rooms are dreamy, relaxing and have incredible views. Theofilos and the family have done an incredible job. For anyone who wants to stay in Kos, just book this hotel. There is none better! Thank you Georgia, Giota, and Theo. Came home with amazing memories and friends for life.

Koia resort is a beautiful hotel, we had a deluxe suite with sea view and private pool (room 402). The room has an amazing window from the bedroom to the sea view, with a large terrace and massive private pool. The room gets sun over the pool until about 4pm in July. We initially wanted the heated pool but then saw on the website this was only heated to 19-22 degrees, therefore we took the non-heated option and the water was fine. Pros about the hotel: - very friendly and helpful staff. Vivi did our restaurant bookings and recommended very nice restaurants for dinner and beach clubs and helped us with booking watersports also. None of the staff were unhelpful and we weren’t told “no” at any point during the trip - beautiful views and grounds with sparkling new premises - breakfast was outstanding with a great spread - restaurant for dinner is also delicious - new well appointed rooms - free parking - free bottled water in rooms every day - lovely spa with great massages and manicure/pedicure To be aware of: - the one annoyance during our trip was the poor WiFi in the outdoor seating area by our private pool, so you couldn’t surf the internet on your phone etc (5G also weak or connected to Turkish mobile reception which may not be included in EU free roaming like Greece) - there are European plugs in the room and USB-C and USB-A ports by the bed which is good, but you will need an adaptor for toothbrush chargers coming from the U.K. Overall 10/10 stay!
