The front desk staff were incredibly kind, they even provided us with a wall outlet converter we didn’t have and let us know we’d been upgraded, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The entire stay felt peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect setting for a summer holiday. Every interaction with the hotel staff was warm and welcoming, and we were always greeted with kindness. "Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable and it was a very quiet area which we liked. You do have to walk/taxi it to here from the main Santa Claus hotel where you check in. Taxi was easier for us since it was snowing and we had luggages. No complaints. Walking to and from the main shopping area was okay, if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place to stay, but other than that it’s a good place to stay!"
