Der Zustand des "neuen" Avangard Ressort Apartments war sehr abgewohnt und der Zustand der Möbel alt. Obwohl der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer defekt war und man dies bemängelt hatte, wurde während der gesamten Urlaubszeit der Mangel nicht behoben. Schade.
