"Fantastic location with everything you need. Don't even need to leave. Beachfront, pools, bars, sports, gym etc beautiful rainforest setting. Helpful staff. Only thing that let it down was the cleaning of communal areas eg main pool had dirty food plates, cans etc sitting there for hours, rubbish, mouldy cushions etc. Otherwise awesome."

"Dishwasher didn't work (dishes weren't clean and we had to re-wash them) and sofa bed was not usable due to being awfully uncomfortable (suggest bringing alternative bedding if you need it). However the resort and facilities were lovely and we would stay here again. "

"Great location, stunning beachfront views and a nice pool and beautiful ocean deck area. The onsite, (but independent), Thai restaurant was EXCELLENT! Unfortunately that’s all the positives, it’s clear that the private owners of the individual resort studios care more about profits than guest experience. Our unit for family of 5 was clean and tidy, for $360 a night it was though well below our expectations, (only 1 of 2 aircons worked, dryer was faulty, not enough place settings for 5, damaged furniture, bbq gas near empty), fittings, fixtures and furniture would have been “on trend” in the late 90’s but should have been renovated many, many years ago. Same goes for all of the resort really, the spa is archaic, gym is beyond terrible and generally it’s well past worn out, (only photo I took ~ outdoor furniture summed it up really =tired & broken). Signs up throughout our studio warning of “you’ll be charged if you don’t x,y&z. Don’t bother with contacting reception as it’s mostly closed. We made it a great stay as you do with a family but we’ll be spending our money elsewhere in the future, "
