"Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would consider staying here again. The price was reasonable compared to other options. The exterior of the hotel appears a bit outdated. Regardless, my room was clean and in good condition and the area was quiet.
I encountered two minor issues that didn’t significantly affect my overall experience or rating. First, I wished the lamps had USB ports for charging devices. Second, the check-in process was quite lengthy. The front desk attendant couldn’t provide change for the $50 security deposit. She had to go to another part of the hotel to find the change, but unfortunately, she couldn’t find any. While I could have paid with a card, the hotel specifically recommends cash for the security deposit. If cash is recommended, and even required to purchase snacks available in the lobby, management should make certain change is available for their staff. "
"This property is my go-to hotel when I come to Greensboro to see my daughter. I love the people, and the hotel is not too far from the various college campuses. Love this property. "
"A/c works great. I love purifier. We always use this room. We have severe allergies so I’m glad we can rest comfortably. I like the TV room so one of us can watch TV and the other can read."
"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "
