"Our private Booked room was given to other people. After waiting 45 minutes Then we were sent to a new hostel with same owners (its almost 1 am now) to then be given a room with dirty bedding covered in pubes a mysterious brown stain and cockroaches in the corner. "The hanok stay was very clean, and the contactless check-in and reception were run efficiently, so there was no inconvenience at all. Amenities were available in the lounge, where you could simply take what you needed, making it easy to relax quietly without running into anyone. Milk, cereal, and water were generously provided, and although I would have appreciated a bit more bread in the morning, it was fine overall. The only drawback was that the space felt too narrow. Traditionally, hanok houses are designed with open doors on all sides, allowing air to flow freely and creating a spacious atmosphere. Here, however, it was only hanok in appearance, with the cramped layout. Other than that, it was a nice stay!"
