"Staff were incredibly kind and helpful"

"It was difficult to check in as the door code was not sent. The room itself was nice and clean, but the room heating could not be turned down so it was difficult to sleep and we ended up leaving the window open. The staff did say there was an issue with the heating in the whole building at that time."

"Play is too dark and light system is not that good"

"Breakfast is awesome there."

"Great place, good value for money and excellent service! "

"The room and service was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful; they were kind enough to order me a taxi anytime I needed one. The massage chair in the room was an incredible bonus and so was the steam closet that cleaned and removed wrinkles from my shirts and trousers. Highly recommended."

"Wish more shops nearby Hotel. Not just Korean restaurants. Clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly! Overall will recommend the hotel."
