"It was difficult to check in as the door code was not sent. The room itself was nice and clean, but the room heating could not be turned down so it was difficult to sleep and we ended up leaving the window open. The staff did say there was an issue with the heating in the whole building at that time."

"This hotel operates without front desk staff for check-in. Instead, you enter the main sliding door using a code sent to you with your reservation. To access your room, you’ll need to scan a QR code generated after completing the check-in process at the kiosk located in the lobby near the entrance.
