The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Was present at the property for 40 minutes because of the unsafe and unhealthy conditions. When we requested a refund it was denied. Again, do NOT book this property!!!"

"A very nice hotel which is a 5 minute walk from Brussels Central train station. Brussels Central train station being a one stop train journey from Brussels Midi/zuid and the train staff in both stations very helpful with platform information and train times. The hotel staff were very friendly and we were offered an early check in for €20 which we were glad to accept so we could freshen up before heading out to explore Brussels centre which was literally on the doorstep of the hotel. Room was exceptionally clean and the bed was extremely comfortable which all adds to a very pleasant stay. Only thing that didn’t suit our personal taste was the breakfast served in the coffee shop on the ground floor. Our preference would be a buffet breakfast but the selection we made from a very limited menu was very nice indeed. We were advised when we booked out that had we mentioned our preference of a buffet breakfast earlier in our stay then we would have been offered this in another one of their local hotels. Unfortunately we were not aware of this possibility but maybe worth considering letting guests know of this option. This was a minor thing and would not affect our decision to stay here again as and when we are next in Brussels."
