Mary's Motel
10/10 Excellent
"Staff friendly and helpful, room was clean, enjoyed time in the whirlpool, with ample and close parking. The Kicking Horse River and River Walk was right beside the Motel with easy walking (very close by) to Pedestrian bridge, Spirit Square with a Farmer's Market, shopping, breweries and restaurants. Town is clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again :-)"
The Adventure Hotel

"The Good: Nice clean room (we stayed in the king suite with fireplace). Fun and quirky styling. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially with assisting to secure on street parking. (See below). Bar staff also was pleasant. Patient and helpful. It's conveniently located near several good restaurants in addition to food options within the building. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was is good condition. Less good: Saying on-premise parking is limited is a very generous description. There are not nearly enough spots for the rooms in the hotel. Parking on street is not free and is highly competitive so you may end up some distance away when you find a spot. The sign to pay for parking don't mention that there is no fee after 9:00 pm. The payment just fails. Not the hotels fault but pretty annoying, and part of staying here if you have a vehicle. The fireplace isn't a real it's an animation attached to the front of an electric heater. Traffic noise and street conversations were prevalent after 6:00 AM. Despite the negatives I'd stay here again for the positives and the location."
