The bar staff were extremely attentive and sent over drinks a couple of times so we never had to leave our seats or card game ;-) The choice at meal times was great - especially for a vegetarian and pescatarian - which can be challenging at all-inclusive hotels. The guest relations team and front desk were so helpful and we received an upgrade to a junior suite with a sea view upon arrival - thank you!! I won at bingo and received lots of free gifts!! There is as much or as little to do here as you want. I was concerned about the beach being across the road, but you go under a short walkway. It's completely safe and private, and has a waffle bar and drinks bar there too. Food & drinks are available 24hrs. We couldn't fault the hotel & would highly recommend. "
