"Friendly staffs provide great help and services. 16th floor cleaning team did fantastic work leading by Ms. Apple Zhang 張苹。礼宾部小冰also helped us to bring and load several luggage. Only issue is the noise in the hotel. It needs updating noises insulation."

"Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent."

"The worst hotel experience ever! I paid for a room for 3 guests, but it only accommodated 2 people. Even at check-in, the room was prepared for 2 guests only. When I asked the receptionist, they said I needed to pay extra for the third bed — apparently, the existing setup was only for 2 pax. I reached out to Expedia, but they couldn’t do anything about it. In the end, one of us had to sleep on the sofa. Housekeeping was also disappointing — by 4 PM, our room still wasn’t cleaned. Strangely, the next day after we tipped the cleaner, everything was suddenly done efficiently."

"Had one night in Chungdu. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful to make sure we made the most of our short stay. We were upgraded and our request for a room on a lower floor was made possible. Shame we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel but a great location and super room. "

"This is a great location not too far from city center. Great breakfast and numerous food options within one block. Housekeeping was excellent and friendly. I actually extended my stay twice and the front desk was very helpful. Highly recommend this property."

"Convenient location for dining and shopping, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit."
