"Excellent Route Inn. Really busy at breakfast at 6:30, due to a big group all dining first thing. Delayed our start by 30min. Not the hotel’s fault. Staff were amazing. "

I have a friend in Omiya and even though it’s a 15 minute train ride to get there, I think it’s worth it to stay here."

"Everything in this hotel (bed, sofa) are low. There is no chair in the room. Dining has limited number of chair and seats in ordinary heights. Seats in the pictures are all low, as if we were living in Tatami (Japan) room."

"Liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room and an onsite onsen. Although sad that the women's onsen doesn't have a cold plunge or sauna like the men's. Provided pajamas, onsen towels and disposable slippers were good additions. Breakfast was ok.Thanks for a lovely stay."
