"This was the stay we had been most looking forward to, and unfortunately, it was our biggest disappointment. The apartment had a spider and an ant infestation. Basic supplies were lacking, including dish soap, complementary water in the fridge, garbage bags, and cleaning products. We also had to request additional towels and toilet paper.
