"An utterly fantastic stay at Cooks Club. Staff couldn't have been nicer, whether serving at breakfast, walking past you in the corridors, or waiting on you at the pool. Or in conversation. All absolutely fab. Room was gorgeously modern, beautiful aesthetics lovely and clean. With a full-length mirror! So often you go to hotels and these are never factored into the room. Slight issue with our original room, but quickly remediated and improved. Breakfast was a stunning buffet, with table service Coffee orders, fresh chilled water or orange juices Asian Street Bar food was delicious!"

"I can’t fault this hotel. The staff were amazing, the beach was stunning, the food was tasty and rooms spacious and comfortable. I usually don’t chose all inclusive hotels, but this one was better than I expected. Very classy. The staff were amazing. Everyone was always smiling and happy to help. "Overall a lovely resort and enjoyable stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and rooms were beautiful. A few small things which we found were worth a mention. The buggies made a loud beeping noise which woke us up most mornings and we did hear it at night too as they drove by. The half board menu was very limited with only one choice for dessert and starter and 2 mains to choose from. The breakfast buffet however was excellent."

"This is my second stay in the hotel; after my first stay 4 years ago and having enjoyed it very much back then. 1- not brand new but pretty well kept hotel. no visible wear. 2- its top of the hill, not the seaside; which has some caveats; you have to have a ride to the beach, however; a- you have your own car and drive b- you take the shuttles every 10 min; AC ed and pretty comfy; takes you the best beach club in faliraki; yes you need to pay extra for the beach but well worth the experience. 3- fantastic live music. Leida; electro violin; that is a must see; an african opera group w amazing show as well, nothing you can find everyday- everywhere. 4- dinner; great; desserts; wonderful. pizza lovers? there is pizza from breakfast to midnight. 5- staff is super helpful and accomodating. were pretty motivated to solve issues. 6- spa? nice. a lot of rooms w private pool; a nice upgrade well worth the price."

"Lovely stay for a solo birthday trip. Large resort, decent sized pools with plenty of loungers although they get taken quickly each morning. Really attentive pool staff for drinks each day. Spa facility was fantastic and better than expected. Initially given the wrong room and was a bit tired but moved after 1st night. Fairly basic but comfortable and everything needed for the stay with a decent balcony overlooking the pool/coast. Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly and attentive. Nice options for the buffet dinner as well as the ability to select 3 other bookable restaurants for 3 courses...very nice touch and breaks up eating in the same place each night. Convenient for a short taxi to old town and walkable to local shops. Had a late flight so once checked out i was able to use the facilities and food/drink for the rest of the day and spa facilities to get refreshed before the airport which was a really nice and helpful touch."

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you don’t have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasn’t. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."
