Eine Bettenburg im Charme einer 80'er Jahre Kureinrichtung. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber echt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind extrem weich. Es war sehr sauber und die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut.

Man muss sich bewusst sein: Es ist ein riesiges Hotel und beim Essen kann es schonmal "kämpferisch" und laut hergehen. Personal weitgehend freundlich, speziell die Dame an der Rezeption, die sehr gut deutsch sprach. Einzelne Mitarbeiter wirken jedoch genervt, wenn man nicht so überragend polnisch spricht. Wer aber schon in Polen unterwegs war weiß, dass das in gewissem Maße normal ist. Daher: abgehakt. Wirklich nervend waren nur die Bohrarbeiten mehrere Tage, die gerne mal früh 8 Uhr losgingen. Ansonsten ein weitgehend angemessenes 4 Sterne Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln.

Mieszkałem w budynku głównym. Pokój mały, łazienka bardzo mała. Hotel nastawił się na komercję. Czułem się jak w sanatorium. Moim zdaniem przereklamowany.

Wir waren Mitte September dortals Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Das Durchschnittsalter in dieser Zeit war allerdings 70 Jahre. Für die Kinder nicht das richtige Publikum. Das Abendessen war eine Katastrophe, aber das Frühstück super. Sonst ist das Hotel wie beschrieben. Für jeden was dabei.

Kolejny pobyt w/w hotelu, do którego lubimy przyjeżdżać.Bogata infrastruktura , z którego można korzystać : duży basen, SPA, kino , tenis, fitness, rowery , muzyka na żywo, dancingi itp..blisko szeroka plaża.Posiłki o/key- bogaty szwedzki bufet. Meble wymagają renowacji i materace za miękkie , niewygodne ..Hotel polecam

Pobyt na jedną dobę

Mam bardzo mieszane odczucia dotyczące noclegu w hotelu Arka - po przyjeździe nikt na recepcji nie wiedział, że zrobiliśmy rezerwacje i zostaliśmy poinformowani, ze takiej rezerwacji nie ma i pewnie zrobiliśmy ją u jakiegoś „prywatnego” właściciela obiektu - Po przesłaniu przeze mnie na recepcje maila z rezerwacją - okazało się, że to jednak tutaj...przy recepcji ciężko było rozmawiać ze względu na trwający wieczorek taneczny - musiałyśmy z Panią recepcjonistką do siebie krzyczeć, żeby się porozumieć. Zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w budynku obok głównego - w pokoju unosił się dość specyficzny chemiczny zapach - i nie był to zapach środków czyszczących. Trwająca budowa za oknem gdzie Panowie ruszyli z pracami po godzinie 7 rano, osobiście jestem przyzwyczajona do innych standardów w hotelu 4 gwiazdkowym i na szczęście był to pobyt na jedną noc. Wybierając taki hotel nie spodziewałam się rodzinnej atmosfery, ale raczej profesjonalnej obsługi. Śniadanie dość urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Mimo rezerwacji pobytu w hotelu 4* po przyjeździe zakwaterowano nas w skrzydle B nie spełniającym standardów hotelu. Warunki pobytu jak w podrzednym sanatorium, brudny pokój, odrapane ściany, brak wykładziny, insekty w łazience, pani sprzątaczka dzwoni dzwonkiem przed godz 9, poproszona żeby przyjść później mówi, że nie przyjdzie bo cyt" zaraz schodzi ze skrzydła". Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Ten hotel zasługuje max na 2*.

Kurzurlaub in Kolberg

Unsere Erwartungen haben sich erfüllt.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für ein Hotel direkt an der Ostsee sehr gut. Kritik hätten wir nur an den viel zu weichen Betten,aber das empfindet vielleicht auch jeder anders. Wir würde das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen.

Hotel in Strandnähe

Check in und parken problemlos. Spa Bereich sehr zu empfehlen. Mobiliar im Zimmer schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Flecken auf dem Fußboden....... Doppelbett gebucht, aber nur zwei Einzelbetten im Zimmer. Im Zimmer wurden nur die Betten gemacht, Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, weil zB. Cremeflecken auf dem Badfussboden noch nach 3 Tagen nicht weggewischt waren. Keine Duschcreme , kein Kosmetikspiegel.

Nie wieder.

Riesiges Haus mit Reha-Kur-Charakter im 80er Jahre Charme. Unglaubliche Menschenmassen aller Altersklassen. Lange dunkle Gänge mit schmutzigem Teppichboden, sehr einfaches Buffet-Essen in zwei großen Restaurants mit Kantinencharakter in extremer Lautstärke, überwiegend gelangweiltes und unfreundliches Personal. Durchgelegene Matratzen mit den einzelnen Federn spürbar, die auch nach Rückfrage wegen Rückenschmerzen nicht ausgetauscht wurden. Kostenlose "Strandliegen" sind einfache flache verrostete niedrige Stühle mit dünnem Stoffbezug. Sehr, sehr gut ist der SPA-Bereich! Top Personal, sehr gute Anwendungen zu moderaten Preisen. Die Strandnähe des Hotels ist toll, für Spaziergänge super, aber Strandkörbe extrem verdreckt.

hotel zdecydowanie nie spełnia kryteriów 4* (pobita umywalka dalej znajduje się w łazience, BRAK WiFi W POKOJU, nie działająca lodówka, ktora po 3 dniach od nastawienia na max dalej byla "ciepla" wewnątrz, sprzątanie pokoi "dla chętnych", brak poinformowania w recepcji przy wmeldowaniu o podstawowych uslugach w hotelu -człowiek przez 3 dni pobytu dowiadywal sie, z czego moze korzystac, personel nie uśmiechnięty -przynejmniej tak trafiliśmy... małe, sprane ręczniki, nie wymieniane obrusy w restauracjach itd. itp. -dlugo by wymieniać... ;)
