"Very bad hotel, i found a piece of cigarette on the room below the mirror. Toilet seats were not fitted. It felt like they never clean the rooms, just give out the room as it is for several times and when asked to clean they would actually do it. "

A special shout out to Manish, who looked after our every need and request. The highlight of the activities available was the sunset boat ride — peaceful, breathtaking, and perfectly organized. The food was outstanding — no matter the cuisine and the local Kolkata food prepared was especially excellent. The spa also deserves a special mention — the masseuse was exceptional, one of the best we’ve ever experienced, leaving us completely refreshed and renewed. We left feeling like we could have lived there forever. This resort is a rare gem — elegant, welcoming, and unforgettable. We will definitely return - if only the journey there could be made more comfortable /less bumpy!! "
