"Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. "Fabulous spa area that really couldn’t be faulted ( except a plan in English would have helped me navigate it). The treatments were wonderful and all three practitioners were top notch.
