"Average apartment in a prime location. Advert said that towels would be provided but owner messaged on the day of check in that we would have to rent the towels. And also pay extra for late check out. Never experienced that before at any holiday apartment or hotel. Just a nice fun fact to know before booking this place. Otherwise it was ok. "

"chambre 205 : Notre réservation n'était pas enregistrée !!! heureusement qu'il restait une chambre de libre. J'ai du faire une réclamation auprès d’hôtel.com. Mais pas de climatisation (les 3* belges ne sont pas attribuées sur les mêmes critères qu'en France/à l'international) ; sur rue donc bruyant si on ne ferme pas les fenêtres ; grande chambre, grande salle de bain mais vieillotte, matelas à changer, pas de drap housse mais une simple alèse !!! pas de parking (gros problème)"

"Mooi en proper appartement. Stil en perfect zicht op zee. Met 6 personen wellicht toch wel aan de kleine kant. 1 minpuntje is dat de syphons worden leeggetrokken, wat geurhinder geeft in de badkamer."

"Fantastic communication. This is our 2nd stay and will stay again. There is a pool in hotel you can use, a lovely park and games room. Close to theme park and beach. Trams are a plus also. Would recommend."

"The flat was nice and cozy, in a great location, but we had a few negatives: The toilet sink had a harsh smell from the sewer, maybe it had not been used for long but it was quite distinct. We didn't want to turn on the heat during our stay, but we really could have used another duvet, my mom was freezing on the couch, and the blanket was not doing much. It would have been nice with some towels, don't know if I missed it in the description, but I forgot to bring my own."

"This hotel was excellent. Clean and modern with large comfortable bed and bathroom. Fridge and safe in the room. The hotel is easily reached by car and within 30 minutes of brugge and attractions. There is not many food options within walking distance, but there is a town 2km away. We did have an issue with the room which we mentioned in check out and Raymond was very understanding and helpful addressing the concern. I would happily stay again. "
