"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The property is very poorly equipped in that you need to provide your own washing up liquid, sponge, drying up towel, dishwasher tablets, loo cleaner, hand soap etc. . There is nothing to eat or drink provided by the owners - no welcome pack… first stop the supermarket. Bedding and towels are the minimum too and if I was going again, I would take my own towels. "This time is my second time to stay at Arrizul Congrass. Like my first stay, this time was also great. Convenient location, clean room and spacious bathroom! I particularly liked the terrace from the room. Only one thing if I had to mention is- there are no kettles, teas and mugs at room. But you can request kettle at the reception. There is a free complimentary beverage bar, which opens 12-8, I got tea bags and coffee from. I would definitely stay at here again. Thank you!"
