"It was clean, modern and didn't smell like smoke! Those are my baseline standards. We only stayed 1 night but we would definitely go back."

"The location and price of the property are amazing, the pool is convenient traveling with kids, it’s also nice the ice machine is easy to just pull up to in the parking lot. However, the rooms are not the cleanest! The floors definitely never get mopping and there’s regularly toothpaste splatter in the mirror frame that leaves you wondering just how truly clean the room is. The linens and towels appear new and clean though. We’ve stayed here 3 times now passing through on roadtrips though so that says something I suppose! And overall, we’ll stay again."

"The room was perfect for what we needed and surprisingly huge! The pool area was so great and clean. The saline pool was a nice surprise. The breakfast was good. Moab in general isn’t known for its food so not fair to ding the hotel on food. Insider tip: Don’t order coffee from the barista if you want the free coffee."

"This little hotel is adorable it's very eclectic it has a lot of personality and Top Notch staff. I will say I was kind of disappointed that the spa tub and the sun was not working when I was there but I did get to enjoy the saltwater pool for a couple of hours and you have to visit the restaurant they have some really delicious food"
