"Great location and freindly staff. But when checked in and first in the room, there were a lot of flies. The window was left open and there is a tree next it, which is probably where the flies came from."

"The staff at the property were lovely. Very friendly and kind. Beds comfortable. Room was spotlessly. Breakfast was ok. We walked into Graz and just over 30 mins, but there are trams nearby. Room was quiet and we enjoyed the balcony"
