His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. This was a truly memorable family holiday, and we cannot wait to return. "Everything is best"

"The breakfast menu was one of the best we’ve been to, lots of food ready and lots of staff. Tip - best to get there by 0800 if you arrive after 9 am we found it too busy and lots of food ran out. The pool is devine and at a nice depth of 1.4mtrs and the beach is right there. Te best part was massages on site, and a really good price. We never used the second lagoon pool, even though it had a swimbar. Our rooms were clean and large, oirs had both a bath and shower. "

"We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here."
