"Staff not speaking English at all, only Chinese, food not tasty, poor breakfast options, old mouldy wood sun beds with no mattress on it, no coffee, sugar amenities at all in the room, bathroom amenities was not replaced at all during our stay, last day of our stay we not even able to get a coffee from the bar, because barmen was off and nobody able to do it, beach not organised, no beach umbrellas and no stairs from hotel garden to the beach"
