"Hotel seems to be too old. However, you can still enjoy the atmosphere as well as the nice large swimming pool. If you're likely to have a good service don't go there because there is no service at all. Even from start, no welcome, no smile, no restaurant service nothing. Just a ghost hotel as we feel. Staff must be letting down the hotel. Probably, the lack of training."

"Request a refund ASAP. I did not stay at this property because they were already booked to other guests at the time of my arrival and the person who owns this is denying me a refund. "Fabulous hotel in a quiet convenient part of Galle. Easy quick tuk tuk ride to fort and great restaurants. Beautiful spacious clean room with classy furnishings and super comfortable bed. Pool area is lovely to relax and unwind. Breakfast was fantastic and served just outside the room on the terrace. Staff really helpful. Totally recommend this hotel. "
