"This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We splurged and got a suite with a private onsen and it was 100% worth it. The staff were incredibly helpful. Everything was taken care of. The food was AMAZING. My only regret is not staying longer. "

"The entire staff is amazing and so accommodating, the food was exceptional and we also had a wonderful massage. The rooms are all unique, clean and comfortable. It is a bit off the beaten path and does not have any TVs so you can truly disconnect. Highly recommend!!"

"Excellent place to stay , attentive staff , beautiful room, delicious food and 24 hour reception came in really handy as our flight was super late and we arrived much later than we thought . Our driver was worried there was going to be no one to open the door . The phones were off in their offices as it was after hours but finally we got there and there was someone waiting for us. "
