The staff attended to her every need. We arrived before check in. No problem. The housekeeping staff was asked to prepare our suite as soon as possible. It took about 20 minutes and we were escorted to a beautiful suite where she continued take care of her ankle. It was first class service in so many ways. We were spoiled with every expectation being met. The hotel is centrally located to the Alt Stadt (Old Town). The twin dome Cathedral, the main railway center, restaurants, brand name boutique shops, lined the quaint streets. My favorite authentic German restaurant and pub is Früh also located within a short walking distance. "
