"After staying at multiple high end resorts, we went in believing this would be the best Maldives resort. Food was very average for excessive prices. The reef was good, but there are better. All in all, for the price, wished it was perfect and it really was average at this price point. "

"I went on my honeymoon. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. There is not a single downside i can say about this place other than the weather being insanely hot. Extremely clean rooms. Ocean pool suite is awesome. The staff was absolutely amazing, they made the entire experience super fun and enjoyable. Their pastry chef Jiwan, executive chef Asanka, staff members Vildhaan and Hakeem, our house cleaner (forgot his name) but all the food accomodatiojs were enjoyable because of these names. Im sure the rest of the staff are just as amazing. But the service from arrival to departure is so smooth. Definitely recommend their Sunset Dolphin Cruise excursion as well!!! (for extra $20 than the regular sunset cruise to me is so worth it even if theres a 50/50 chance for the dolphins to appear). The food is incredible, absolutely amazing. They use all natural ingredients that are harvested in the garden on the island. The marine life is amazing, I would wake up to Stingrays and reef sharks swimming around our villa every morning and every evening. 10000/10 would recommend this resort. "
"Staff are stellar - friendly, fun, capable. Nothing is too much effort. Very kind and responsive. The chefs are exceptional so much variety and high quality food.
Rooms are large, the views are stunning and there’s excellent entertainment should you need it. Superb! "

"My wife and I visited in February and it felt like a dream! We loved our overwater villa. The water had so many colors. We loved the size of the resort. It felt intimate and quiet-which we loved because we live in a big city and we want to feel relaxed on vacation. The staff is wonderful. Yassir was our butler and he took care of us. The Raffles worker who greeted us at the airport (I believe his name was Ahmed) helped us tremendously. He got us all checked in for our domestic flight and showed us where to go. He even got us on an earlier flight to the resort which we so appreciated! The General Manager Tracey is fantastic and helpful. And we have wonderful things to say about the chef, Shane. My wife has dairy and gluten allergies and she can’t eat most meats. Shane did a great job catering a menu to my wife and he was so friendly! We miss the staff at Raffles, including the waiters. All of them made Raffles feel like home. Raffles is definitely a paradise island. Very unique. And if you are looking to go to the Maldives for the first time or visit a new place in the Maldives, we definitely recommend Raffles! You won’t regret it. Everything about Raffles was perfect. The house coral reef is excellent with lots of exotic fish. This was our first time in the Maldives. And we plan to visit Raffles Maldives again. We’ve stayed at nice resorts around the world in around 50 countries, including Four Seasons in Bora Bora. Raffles Maldives might be my favorite.
