"The cabin was really nice and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. You can tell the owners and employees care about the property. It was nice to be within walking distance of a few restaurants and gas stations. The post office is next door. The inn’s office doubles as a nice coffee shop with good breakfast. I would recommend staying here if you plan a trip to Bryce Canyon."

"when we arrived to check in the entire facility (cabins and lodge was closed. A hand written sign advised us what to do. I checked the Expedia app and it gave us an upgrade to Bryce Park Place cabins. They were delightful. A bit trick to find but easy check in (the owner was waiting for us to arrive), the cabins newish/clean/large. The location was a bit farther from the National Park but it was very quiet, lots of space between cabins, and VERY dark so good star gazing. I'd definitely recommend Bryce Park Place"

"Good location. Amazing breakfast. Comfortable bed rooms and well appointed common areas. Easy in and out. There is no one site innkeeper but it was easy to communicate via texts. No issues with communication at all. Very comfortable all around."

"Enjoyed our stay at the cabins. Very easy to find and get into room. Room was clean and had e we needed. The tv remote didn’t work well at night but worked better in morning. Great location for visiting Bryce."

"Pros: Very near Kodachrome Basin State Park and not far from Bryce Canyon National Park, the room was clean and spacious, the property is peaceful and quiet. The lady that helped us get checked in was very kind. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this property. Cons: The cell phone service is not great, but that's not their fault. The signage needs improving, in that there is no large sign at the side of the highway directly at the turnoff/driveway that says "Bryce Park Place." In fact, we ended up driving past it and having to backtrack. There's also a little confusion because it was listed as being in Cannonville but I believe the address is in Holm?"

"The property itself is very nice and clean. No microwave in room but there is a coffee maker. Finding the room is extremely difficult, even with a GPS and Google Maps. We had to call the owner to find the place. There are two properties, Happy Trails East and West, so be clear about which one you reserve. When asked if breakfast is included, we found that it is served at one of the properties and it is $20.00 per person which we didn’t do because that’s extremely excessive and we have never been charged separately for breakfast at any other B&B where we’ve stayed. We got a very nice breakfast at a local restaurant for way less than $40.00!!"
