Pros: free breakfast, a big room, nice staff, LOCATION! Cons: all smoking hotel, beds were uncomfortable, the nightlife nearby was loud, the hotel is run-down Although this was an all smoking hotel, the staff did find us a room that didn’t smell! The room was huge and the bathroom was clean. The carpets looked awful though and the wall paper was peeling off. There was also some kind of club right outside our window that was LOUD until around 2:00 am. It was a close walk to everything we wanted to do, which was nice.

子連れ(1歳10ヶ月)家族で1泊宿泊。和室で川側でした。近くに病院があり、救急車の音が聞こえるので気になる人には不向きかも。ホテル自体が古めなので、田舎のおばあちゃん家って感じです。値段が安かったので相応かと思います。ひろめ市場やはりやま橋も徒歩圏内で立地良し。コンビニも近くて利便性良し。美味しい朝食もついてこの安さなら満足かなと思います。和室だったからか広めな部屋でした。スタッフさんは、優しくて対応もしっかりしてくれてました。宿泊する人の生活感や価値観で嫌な人もいるかもしれませんが、安さと立地、利便性をとったら総合的に良いホテルだと思います。ホテル敷地内に車を駐車できて便利でした。

古くて味のあるホテルですが、朝食所のアットホーム感や、スタッフの接客、サービスなどとても素晴らしかったです！客室も冷蔵庫が一人暮らし用サイズで他のホテルより沢山入ります！デスク、チェアセットもあり2人でゆっくりできて、目の前は南国のような植物と川で窓も広く眺めも最高！立地も駅や高速バス乗り場からも近く、歩けば日曜市、ひろめ市場と意外と近くてご飯屋や人気の屋台餃子もあり、1日中楽しめてすぐ帰って来れるので良かったです！穴場なホテルな気がします！また利用したいです！ありがとうございました！

301号室 玄関とベッドのある広間の境とベッドスペースと広縁部分との境にそれぞれわずかな段差があり老齢の母親が何度も躓いて大変に危険でした あとシャワーに湯をストップする機能がなくていちいち蛇口を閉めてはまた湯加減を調整をしなくてはならず不便を感じました そのほかの点は概ねいいホテルでした

部屋の中の段差が気になった 高齢の親とだったので気を使った 朝食は無料サービスだけどパンとゆで卵とドリンクバーだった でも駐車場は700円で利用出来て良かった

高知城やひろめ市場など、観光地へのアクセスが良い。無料の朝食も軽食となっていたが充分に満足です。ツインルーム宿泊しましたが広さも充分でした。
