"Ich bereits den zugesendeten online check in erledigt.
An der Rezeption wurde ALLES erneut gemacht.Dann wurden alle Pässe zurückgegeben. Alles verpacckt und man teilte mit, es wurde in Pass noch nicht abgegeben.Keiner will sich streiten, also erneut vorgelegt. Nach kurzem nachsehen wurde dann doch nichts eingetragen.Keine Entschuldigung. Die Rezeptionistin war insges. sehr unfreundlich.

"The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing!

"This is a fabulous hotel. The majestic foyer with live music is a beautiful welcome to the property. Lounge service was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful with great coffee and all the food options you could ask for. Our room on the top floor offered skylights on the ceiling. This was not ideal, I prefer a window to be able to see something, even if it is just a neighbouring building, but it was fine. The washroom was good if you are short, but showering is difficult if you are over 6’. The shower head is much too low and your experience will not be good. I am short and it was great for me, but not for my husband. Just be aware of this.
The spa amenities are great. Be sure to use the saunas!
The location is great and easily walkable and close to transit.
All staff members we met were fantastic.
