"The property was OK. The location was exceptional being just steps away from universal entrance. When you arrive by taxi or Uber, they drop you off downstairs and do not have any proper signage stating check-in is actually one floor up. The rooms are incredibly spacious however one warning the mattresses are the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept in in my life. Luckily, they’re not lumpy, but they are hard as a rock. I would not spend more than one evening at this property."

They have a candy and drink welcome for guests from 2 - 9 which the kids love. Universal City Station was 2 min away as well, very convenient. Would definitely stay there again and recommend. "
