"The room was decent, toiletries and towels, & other supplies are sufficient, the only fall back is the bed, it’s super hard for the back, kinda like sleeping on bricks. The staff are really nice though, location wise it’s far from everything, there’s no bus stop or train, you have to take a grab or taxi every time you go out and back to the hotel. There’s no restaurants or eateries nearby, it looks like there’s one but you have to cross a very busy road that doesn’t have a cross walk. Otherwise order from grab food for delivery, "

"Excellent views, amenities and architecture. Breakfast needs a massive improvement in terms of taste and service. Everyday many dishes were empty and refilling took time. Cleanliness of the restaurants also needs to improve. Room housekeeping also needs improvement. Infrastructure needs fixing as in times of rains, the roof of both the sea side restaurants was leaking from many places causing a massive inconvenience to guests in the middle of their meals. The main pool was also quite dirty. A la carte food was surprisingly good however."

"Family room in building 5 was the perfect spot for our family of 3 with a 3yr old. Right near pool and beach. Rooms are clean and cleaning staff do a great job. Property is well maintained and all staff are friendly. Security guards loved my son and were always so happy to see him. Food and drinks were great. Japanese restaurant at the front is absolutely delicious, buffet breakfast a big hit for son and partner. Many activities on across the day for all to get involved in. Ladies that fo nails and hair braiding in the lobby were also a highlight. Overall a fantastic place to stay."

"Staff, easy to get around very close to Bangla and other shopping. Very quiet at nights. It’s our 2nd time there. They can improve more on western cuisine especially at breakfast."

"This was my fourth visit to Patong and I was really looking forward to staying at your hotel given its strong reputation. Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, I felt that for the price paid, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. While everything was good, it felt more on the average side rather than something particularly memorable. I would also like to mention the service at the pool bar, which could be improved. In my experience, Thai hospitality is usually exceptionally warm and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting. On this occasion, the service felt a bit less engaging than expected. In particular, a staff member named Ball came across as somewhat unwelcoming at times, which slightly affected the overall experience. I share this feedback with the intention of being constructive, as I believe the hotel has great potential to deliver an even better guest experience."

The staff was extremely accommodating, genuinely helpful, and consistently went above and beyond to make our anniversary truly special and memorable. We stayed in one of the sea villas, and it exceeded every expectation—beautiful, peaceful, and absolutely worth it. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled, which made the entire stay that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket.
