"The hotel was welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Check in staff were helpful and very knowledgeable and explained well where all the different pools and amenities were Pool bar staff You could not receive a better service fron these guys. The moment the bar opened they would come over to check if you would like a drink or food and that continued throughout the day The. Night staff Beer & Bo were always just as accommodating in the evening. The evening entertainer Stevie was a true legend with heart felt music being played. Hotel cleanliness was I a class of it own. Every pathway, chair, table, room, open space, pool, toilets etc were immaculately clean consistently throughout our stay Food Restaurants offered good choices of different cuisines and would accommodate any variation within reason Breakfast also offered a vast choice of food so there was no way you’d be hungry. Overall this was an excellent stay where the stands across the whole hotel exceeded my expectations by far and to compliment this, the food and drink were very reasonably priced too. This is a hero that I would not only recommend but will return as it was such an amazing stay."

"5 star hotel for staff friendliness. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From reception through to breakfast staff, amazing service. Can't speak highly enough about them. Breakfast is also 5 star. Absolutely amazing variety. Freshly squeezed juice everyday was a winner for us. Pool is ok. They have 3 pools running alongside each other, but not joined. They are not very big either, a little bit narrow but long. Rooms are a little bit dated. Clean enough but older. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Five star plus hotel. Some maintenance work being done during low season but does not detract from overall experience or amenities. Breakfast buffet excellent in variety and quality. Great swimming pools and activities. Only wish beach was larger or more private, now it is shared with several other hotels on the same beach, most of which are also very upscale fortunately."

"Great place. Where there for 6 nights with the family. The room/house was located near ocean. Great view. Very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the quiet side of Phi Phi. Very nice white sand beach with few people. The hotel has also free activities such as kayakkibg and water snorkling, which is a plus. You can also use an app to communicate and book stuff. The food was great. So was the breakfast. Fitness room is good too. Room clraning as much as you need, several times a day. They also had a free buggy transport around the hotel in case of rain or if you are too tired to walk. Everything eas great. Things are a bit on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for. Definitley recommanded if you like peace and quiet and perfect sand/oceanview."
