"This hotel is beautiful. The staff is so friendly they made me feel like I’m the only guest even though it is a large hotel. The restaurants have delicious food. The housekeeper took really good care of my room. Special mention to Kaning at Sky 32 her kindness and hospitality will always be treasured! As well as Max and the lady that checked me in and the concierge and Minions and the door staff. I’m sorry I don’t know all the names.
Pro tip: even though the mall doesn’t open until 11am if you go around the side to gate 5 Foodland and Took Lae Dee restaurant are open 24/7."
