"One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in, staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was great with a stunning view and sunset, pool was warm, breakfast good. "The staff was beyond amazing, They are genuinely pleased to help you, always with a smile making you feel at home. The resort itself was beyond fabulous.. The only observation that I have is that we bought the all-inclusive, but not all menu items were included in the all-inclusive, and the same applied for the bar drinks. I think there’s an opportunity to make the all-inclusive clear as to what it involves so people know what they’re buying upfront. But again, other than that, the resort and the staff were absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for a family who want to have a vacation that exceeds your expectations."
