I’ve stayed here twice. The staff are always very friendly and it was very clean! The bathrooms could use upgrades, but otherwise we love the rooms!

Tru by Hilton Knoxville North I75
Rooms were spotless, and the front desk receptionist was kind and helpful both at check in and check out. We plan on using Tru by Hilton again in the future. There's none out there as unique and enjoyable! Thank you for the extra attention to details!

Breakfast was just ok. The staff was not overly friendly. Our room was not cleaned. Parking was good.

The rooms were clean, the staff - all of the staff we encountered - were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - especially for the price. The workers in the food area for breakfast were especially kind and friendly.
