"Our stay here was great with little to no complaints. It was close enough (15-20 mins) to downtown Charleston or surronding attractions and of course, very close to the airport. We arrived late evening and the staff were all so kind. The breakfast was standard but they do offer free drinks and hot food in the evening which I've never seen before! We did also like they offered soft drinks & accessable ice to fill up water bottles when needed. The pool are was nice and offered half chairs in the sun & half in shade which we liked having the option. The room itself was clean and comfy. Beds were okay but pillows were awesome. The only thing we had a problem with was the AC. The staff informed me that the AC was body sensored and would sense that we were in there and would automatically cool down when we were in the room. We are not used to the South Carolina humidity and it took SO long to cool down. We set our AC low and it did not really feel all that cool throughout our a few day stay. Overall, we would stay here again! Very family friendly."

"The staff were always friendly and patient even though it was a busy week and they were full. Even at 9pm when my little one needed a snack from the deli case. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Definitely my new place of choice in North Charleston"
