"The breakfast was a brown paper bag with a muffin, a granola bar and orange and an orange drink There were tiles in my bedroom that I tripped over because they were not glued down. I guess you don’t change your sheets if you stay more than one day."

"Miss Bliss at the front desk was very helpful, I LOVED LOVED the showers and the bed, everything was spotless,some of the breakfast ladies need to be a little bit more friendly and the snacks should be free,they are doing construction outside but the hotel and the lobby were MAGNIFICENT 🙏😇🙏😇"

"The online photos are nothing at all like what you will see in person. Where do I begin. Well, when we first arrived we noticed that there were sketchy people standing, sitting on curbs and hanging out in their cars in the parking lot. When we went to park there was no parking except far back behind Clarion's parking lot, in another hotels parking lot, which also had people hanging out in the parking lot. When we walked into the hotel the first thing I noticed was several ceiling tiles missing in the lobby, exposing wires. Once we went to our room, the first thing we noticed was that we had two double beds, when the reservation was for 1 king. My sister who was in the room next to us also had two beds when she also reserved a single king. There were stains on the bed comforters and holes in the broken and leaning desk chair. When I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk there was no dial tone. The phone didnt even work. So, from there we decided to just go to the front desk to speak with the staff. On the way out of the room I needed to use the restroom. After using the restroom I flushed and the water would not go down. I then went to wash my hands and the water in the sink did not work. I had to wash my hands in the tub. At that point we knew this hotel would not work for us, so we went to the front desk and requested they refund our money and we would find somewhere else to stay for the weekend. They had no problem issuing the refunds. Horrible hotel."

"Within 2 minutes of walking into my room I saw a roach. My family was staying in the room next door and ALSO saw a roach. This place is roach and bug infested. We checked out without staying the night and found another hotel. Don’t waste your time/money. Place def looks like it has bedbugs, DEFINITELY has roaches, and a lot of unsavory characters hanging around."

"Upon check-in, the room had a strong odor of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Additionally, there was peeling paint on the walls, multiple stains throughout the carpet, and an overall damp feel to the room, which made the space appear poorly maintained. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again"

"This stay far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, staff was helpful and the breakfast is amazing. I would definitely stay here again."
