"Lovely hotel, perfect location. Staff, service, food, bar all excellent. I made a mistake when booking by accidentally clicking on accessible room so I got a truly horrible bathroom. Honestly looked like a small hospital ward. Not the boutique look to match the lovely bedroom. Had there been a photo of this bathroom I might not have made the error. My fault though. "

"Fantastic car park and reception let us check in early as it was Easter and was going to get busy. Room was great and bed very comfy. Breakfast was very average but was in nice dining area. "

"Couple of gripes first. Why no plug sockets near the mirror? Two plug sockets were situated behind the big mirror which was nigh on impossible to get to. Had to lift the big mirror out of the way to get to it to plug my appliance. Also at £134 for a night - why only Nescafé sachets for coffee. Basic! Asked staff if they had any coffee bags - no. Was advised that Sainsbury’s was only round the corner if I needed to buy any. Room was ok, small double, bed was very comfy. Bit noisy as the bed was opposite the door, so could hear other people’s doors slamming. Didn’t wake us up though. The hotel itself is really beautiful and slap bang next to the railway station and a short walk into the city centre shops. "
