At check inn, the innkeeper spoke only German ( no English). We communicated with difficulty via a phone translator. "This boat sails up and down the river part of the year and is at a dock the rest of the year as a hotel. It was great - rooms are small, as to be expected on a boat/ship, but were very clean. Rooms on one side have a really nice view of the water. There's a nice lounge area as well as the dining room. Breakfast was fantastic. Not really walking distance from the city, but staff were friendly and helpful and told us where we could park. Highly recommend."

"The beds were a little hard but we like softer beds. The pillows were a little flat. Room was decent We ate at their restaurant and the food was very good and the beer cold.
