"Friendly, helpfull and the honest service, best since ever. Reception helped whatever and whenever needed. They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. On Sunday, Serat got seasickness pills by their own vehicle for our boat trip. They are here just for their Customers. First time here and surely not the last one. Recommendations"

I was forced to change room, because someone had obviously smoked in the room before my entering, even though smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The staff was friendly and professional. "Lovely boutique hotel with fabulous hospitality. We would have liked to have stayed longer "

"Cold room, loud and outdated fan right outside your balcony, unfriendly staff ( except one out of the whole team ) zero hospitality, zero customer service training, asked them if I can change rooms since the toilet fan doesn’t work and the loud noise from the heating unit in the balcony and they asked for extra money even though the place was empty, only 2 families in the entire two building. Extremely disappointed, definitely will be my last visit. "
